POP JUMP Warranty Policy

Standard Warranty (Included)
All POP JUMP inflatables come with a 90-Day Limited Residential Warranty, starting from the date of delivery.

This warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Material or workmanship issues under normal residential use

  • Seam or stitching defects present at the time of delivery

Our products are constructed with 100% PVC Vinyl and Commercial-Strength Reinforced Construction, engineered for safe, long-lasting backyard fun.

1-Year Extended Warranty (With Registration)

Customers may extend their warranty coverage to a total of 1 Year + 90 Days by registering their POP JUMP inflatable through our online product registration form.

How to Qualify

  • Complete the product registration form within 30 days of delivery

  • Provide a valid order number and product details

Once registered, your extended warranty is automatically activated — no additional purchase required.

What’s Covered

  • Manufacturer defects

  • Structural issues caused by workmanship or material flaws

  • Defects occurring during normal residential homeowner use

What’s Not Covered

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or improper setup

  • Cuts, punctures, or tears caused by sharp objects

  • Damage from exceeding recommended weight limits

  • Weather-related damage or improper storage

  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications

  • Use outside of private residential/homeowner settings

Warranty Claim Process

To submit a warranty claim, please contact our support team with:

  • Proof of purchase or order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Clear photos or video of the affected area

If your claim is approved, POP JUMP will provide a replacement part or replacement unit, at our discretion.

Important Notes

  • Warranty coverage applies only to the original purchaser

  • Warranty is non-transferable

  • POP JUMP reserves the right to determine warranty eligibility
